Our graduates are the potential future leaders of our business, and our largest intake occurs within our Premier Inn and Costa Operational Schemes. By the end of our year-long development programme, all graduates will have accountability for leading a team, and be in a management position within one of our hotels or stores.
At our Whitbread Support Centre offices in Dunstable, we offer graduate programmes in HR, Finance, Marketing, Property, Procurement and our Information Systems (IS) functions. The different schemes are designed to help you test and develop your skills, build up a strong network of contacts and gain exposure to a range of business areas.
