FRONTLINE
Frontline is different. You will be working with families, with schools, with courts, with the police. It takes resolve, dedication and qualities you may not even realise you have.
Changing lives is not easy. 99% of us would run in the opposite direction. But if you’re part of the 1% who want to take on one of Britain’s most challenging jobs, Frontline is for you. Frontline’s mission is to transform the lives of vulnerable children by recruiting and developing outstanding individuals to be leaders in social work and broader society. We’ll be recruiting around 300 outstanding graduates and career changers to join our two-year Leadership Development Programme and work as frontline social workers in child protection teams in Greater London, Greater Manchester, Essex, the North East and West Midlands. In year 1 you'll work with four Frontline participants in a local authority child protection team. You'll be supported by an experienced Consultant Social Worker and benefit from 200 days of on-the-job training, 46 days teaching and support from an academic tutor. In Year 2, you'll be fully qualified, employed by your local authority and studying towards a fully funded Masters. |
